Our unique method of project managements starts with project initiation and project kick-off meeting. We spent considerable amount of time in that so we can properly plan each step from handling RFI's to delivering drawings and reports. This includes discussion on grades of steel, dimension, material size, bolt and washers, connections, clean, paint, shop assembly, field welds etc. Our main focus is always on how to speed up project, how to reduce time for fabrication, how to increase profitability of our partner.
